Jeong Min Bae currently serves as Executive Director of Program Performance at IDNYC, New York City’s official municipal identification card program, which has served more than 1.3 million cardholders. Jeong leads many teams and is responsible for executing strategies to improve the effectiveness and utility of the card. Prior to joining IDNYC, Jeong served as Director of Operations and Finance at Race Forward: The Center for Racial Justice Innovation, and held a similar position at the Royal Oak Foundation. Jeong’s passion for the nonprofit sector began at the Leader to Leader Institute (formerly the Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management) where he last served as Chief Operating Officer. Jeong received his Bachelor’s degree in Design and Management from Parsons School of Design and a Master of Nonprofit Administration (MNA) from University of Notre Dame.
